Black Forest Fudge
Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 packets wine or malt biscuits, crushed
- 2 blocks Black Forest chocolate
- 2 Tbsp butter (extra for topping)
Method
- Melt 200g butter and 1 can of condensed milk together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the cocoa until smooth.
- Add crushed biscuits and mix well.
- Press mixture firmly into a slice tin lined with baking paper.
- In a separate bowl, melt Black Forest chocolate and 2 Tbsp butter together until smooth.
- Spread chocolate mixture over the biscuit base evenly.
- Chill until set, then cut into pieces.
