Black Forest Fudge

Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt 200g butter and 1 can of condensed milk together in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in the cocoa until smooth.
  3. Add crushed biscuits and mix well.
  4. Press mixture firmly into a slice tin lined with baking paper.
  5. In a separate bowl, melt Black Forest chocolate and 2 Tbsp butter together until smooth.
  6. Spread chocolate mixture over the biscuit base evenly.
  7. Chill until set, then cut into pieces.
