Method

  1. Melt butter with cocoa over low heat.
  2. Add brown sugar and vanilla, and stir to combine.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Mix in the flour, then beat in the eggs.
  5. Pour mixture into a lined or greased baking tin.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes or until set and slightly fudgy in the center.
  7. Cool before slicing.
