Brownie
Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
Method
- Melt butter with cocoa over low heat.
- Add brown sugar and vanilla, and stir to combine.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix in the flour, then beat in the eggs.
- Pour mixture into a lined or greased baking tin.
- Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes or until set and slightly fudgy in the center.
- Cool before slicing.
