Butter Chicken

Method

  1. Mix together all the spices (except garam masala and chilli) and toss through the chicken.
  2. Melt the butter in a sauté pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.
  3. Add the chicken. Stir until golden.
  4. Add the tomato paste, garam masala, and chilli. Stir in the cream.
  5. Season and simmer for 5–8 minutes until rich and creamy.
  6. Then simply enjoy!
