Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding

Serves 4–6

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Place butter in a Pyrex pudding bowl and melt for 45 seconds on HIGH (microwave).
  2. Stir in flour, caster sugar, cocoa, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and extra cocoa, then sprinkle over the pudding mixture.
  4. Gently pour the boiling water over the mixture.
  5. Cook for 12–13 minutes on MEDIUM (microwave). Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot with ice cream.
