Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (160˚C fan-forced). Grease and line a slice pan.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until pale.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients and press into the pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

Icing Instructions

  1. Mix all the icing ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  2. Spread icing over the base while still warm.
  3. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut while still warm.
