Fizzing Sherbet

Old-fashioned fizz-on-your-tongue sherbet powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients using a food processor or fine sieve until well mixed.
  2. If either acid is crystalline, grind it into powder using a pestle and mortar or the back of a spoon.
  3. If using liquid essence, mix in a food processor for even distribution.
  4. Traditional flavours include lemon, orange, and raspberry. Adjust acids and flavouring to taste.
